The
Earth's Kids KID'S CLUB is for kids and their families who want
to spend time
enjoying nature and learning ways to live in harmony
with our Earth!
There are three
different ways for kids to enjoy the Earth's Kids KIDS CLUB.
1.You can use the pages and information on our
website to learn more about your world,
to get ideas for projects and activities, and to get inspired to
take action in your home, school, or community. Surfing our
website is always 100% free, with no registration required.
To use
Earth's Kids this way, just browse our
Fun & Learning pages and choose a category to explore. Do you want to learn about Wild Animals, Ocean Science, Ponds & Wetlands, or other science
related topics? Or would you rather explore your creative side with arts
and crafts, creative writing, or cooking projects? How about
firing your imagination by reading a good book? You decide!
If you want to learn even more about how to help nature and make a difference in your world, explore our Kids
Can Change the World section.
2. You may also wish
to join an existing KIDS CLUB
chapter in your local community, or start an
Earth's Kids KIDS CLUB chapter of your own.
This is a fun way to get together with friends, neighbors, and
other kids from school to share a common interest in nature and
helping the Earth. Earth's Kids KIDS CLUBS chapters go on
nature walks together, enjoy other outdoor and nature related
outings, and may even do projects and Challenges together.
3. But perhaps
you would just like to become an official
KIDS CLUB memberwho
works on her or his own. This is a great option if you don't
have time for chapter meetings or don't live near anyone else who
would like to join a club at this time. To become a Lone
Ranger simply fill out the registration form, send it in, and
wait for your certificate and instructions on accepting your first
challenge.
Challenges help you
learn more about the Earth, about plants and animals, and about
greening your lifestyle and taking other actions to help our world.
You can work through challenges at your own pace and do as few or
as many challenges as you wish.

Whether they are out to change the world, save the environment, or just tackle the daily challenges of growing up, kids and teens can benefit from the sense of competency and self-confidence that comes from engaging in a service project. Plus, community service is a great way to build life experience, potential job skills, and to build an impressive resume that will come in handy when they are applying for jobs, scholarships, and college admissions.
